If you live in Spain and have travelled to any country outside euro zone, sure you wonder this question. In many internet pages they offer you confused recommendations about how to do it.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The main problem is  that the price they offer is more expensive<\/strong> than usual  and furthermore they charge comissions<\/strong> they go from 4 to 12 euros.<\/p>\n

Another problem is that they don´t have the money at the moment<\/strong>. Between two days or a week is the period for receiving the foreing currency. In two days the price can be higher and you will have to pay more for the same amount of foreing currency.<\/p>\n

Furthermore you have to be client<\/strong> of the bank and have an account, if not you can´t change.<\/p>\n

Airports<\/strong><\/p>\n

At the airports the offices offer an expensive price<\/strong>. To go to  these offices is  better  only in case of necessity: If you realize that you have to change your euros when you are already at the airport.<\/p>\n

If you beforehand plan the change  (1 – 3 days) and  make the change in a exchange office, you will pay less. The difference can be about 8 or 10 euros per each 100 euros changed.<\/p>\n

Exchange offices<\/strong><\/p>\n

For buying foreing currency in an exchange offices we recommend  you to look for one with license for selling currencies<\/strong> and inform you clearly about the price.<\/p>\n
