Bulgaria is a country located on the Balkan Peninsula unknown to most. Gradually it is emerging as a tourist power. A perfect combination between nature, culture and ancient traditions. Enjoying a week in Bulgaria is surprisingly cheap for Western Europeans. Sightseeing, gastronomy or transport have very competitive prices for wages in the euro zone.<\/p>\n

The currency of Bulgaria is the Bulgarian Lev<\/strong>. It is very easy to convert to euros: 1 Lev is approximately 0.60€. You can dine at a traditional restaurant in the capital, Sofia, for just 12 levas, about 7 euros.<\/p>\n
