Last week we spent a few hours with Clare, the person in charge of our Exchange Office in Avda. Juan Fuster Zaragoza in Benidorm. And between customer and customer we did a quick interview about her and her opinion of her work.
Where are you from and why are you here? I´m from Liverpool and I came here with my family when I was 16 years old.
How long have you been working in Eurochange? 5 years.
What is it you like most about your job? I generally like my job and I like working with the public.
With what word would you define Eurochange? Trust.
What is it you like most about Benidorm? The weather.
What do you think the best tourist attractions are in Benidorm? The best thing is that there is a lot to see and do in Benidorm. For example I always thought that Benidorm Palace was kind of out dated but when I went for the first time not so long ago I was really impressed with the show and would definitely recommend it to anyone. A few years ago I went to Cyprus and I was not very impressed as there wasn´t a lot to do, not like here where you have the beaches, many attraction parks and lots of shows. There is always something to see and have a good time.
Do you have a lot of regular customers? Yes, I have regulars who come every week, others who come every year and even some who come 2 or 3 times a year.
What’s the secret to good customer service? Being friendly is very important.
With what phrase would you like to finish off the interview? In Eurochange I will give you good service with a smile.
