General Terms and Conditions of Use and Contracting

2. OBJECT AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The purpose of these General Conditions of use and contracting is to regulate the provision of information supplied on the website, as well as the legal relationship arising from contracting processes (foreign currency purchase) between users and the owner.
The main service offered through the website is the online purchase of foreign currency (non-Euro) with home delivery or office collection options.
Contracting services through the website implies a firm purchase of currency at the exchange rate in effect at the time of payment, rather than a mere reservation.
3. USER STATUS, ACCEPTANCE, AND REQUIREMENTS
Accessing, using, and navigating the website confers "User" status and implies unreserved acceptance of the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, and these General Conditions.
Essential requirements for contracting:
- Legal Age: Only persons over 18 years old are authorized to use the currency purchase services.
- End Consumer: The service is reserved for natural persons (individuals). Operating as a legal entity (company) is not permitted.
- Identification (KYC): In compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML-CFT) regulations, the User must provide a photograph of their valid ID card or Passport (both sides) for the order to be processed.
By accepting these Conditions, the Client declares:
- That they are of legal age and have the capacity to contract.
- That they act in their own name and on their own account.
- That the funds used originate from lawful activities.
4. PREVENTION OF MONEY LAUNDERING (AML-CFT) AND OPERATING LIMITS
EUROCHANGE MONEY SERVICES, S.A. is an entity obligated by Law 10/2010 of April 28 on the prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing.
Therefore:
- Identity Verification: EUROCHANGE reserves the right to request additional documentation or contact the client to verify their identity before processing shipping or delivery. If the client fails to provide the required documentation (valid ID/Passport) within the specified period, the transaction will be canceled and the user blocked.
- Online Operating Limits:
- Minimum per order: 100 €.
- Maximum per transaction: 2,000 €.
- Temporal limit: If a client exceeds 6,000 € in operations within a specific period (quarterly/annual calendar per internal regulations), the system will block the operation and the user must contact Customer Service.
5. PLACING THE ORDER
The purchase procedure is carried out entirely electronically following these steps:
- Currency Selection: The user selects the foreign currency and the amount in Euros to be exchanged.
- Registration and Data: The user must fill out the form with true personal data.
- Documentary Verification: Uploading or sending the identity documentation (ID/Passport) required by regulations.
- Delivery Selection: Choosing between "Home Delivery" or "Office Collection".
- Payment: Validating the purchase by paying 100% of the amount through the secure payment gateway.
- Confirmation: EUROCHANGE will send the Client an email proof of purchase with order details.
6. PRICES AND EXCHANGE RATE
Currency prices (exchange rates) are those published on the website at the time the order is placed.
- The user accepts that currency prices fluctuate constantly in the financial market.
- The price applied to the online purchase will be the one in effect at the time of payment.
- In the case of physical in-store reservations (not online), the price will be that of the collection day unless paid in advance.
7. PAYMENT METHODS
Payment for the order shall be made exclusively via:
- Credit or Debit Card: Through the secure payment gateway (Virtual POS). EUROCHANGE guarantees that card data travels encrypted and is not stored on our servers.
- The cardholder must match the registered user performing the currency purchase, unless expressly authorized and justified.
- Cash payments for online purchases and ordinary bank transfers for immediate web operations are not accepted.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY (LOGISTICS)
EUROCHANGE ships throughout Spain, excluding Ceuta and Melilla.
8.1. Delivery Times: The estimated delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours. Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays.
8.2. Shipping Costs: Costs vary according to the amount and destination:

8.3. Delivery Conditions:
- Insurance: The shipment travels insured. In case of loss of the package by the courier company, EUROCHANGE will be responsible for resending the currency immediately or refunding the full amount.
- Reception: Delivery is made by hand to the order holder, who must identify themselves with an ID. If another person is to collect it, they must have been expressly authorized at the time of purchase indicating the name and ID of the authorized person.
- In-Store Collection: For orders with office collection, the client has a maximum period of 5 calendar days to pick up the order.
9. CANCELLATION POLICY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
9.1. Exception to the Right of Withdrawal: Pursuant to Article 103, section b) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users), the right of withdrawal is NOT APPLICABLE to contracts for the supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the entrepreneur cannot control. Therefore, the Client DOES NOT have the right to return the currency within 14 calendar days once the order is executed, due to the fluctuating nature of the currency value.
9.2. Cancellation of the order before shipment: If the client wishes to cancel the order immediately after placing it (by mistake) and before the currency has been dispatched or sent, they may request cancellation by contacting Customer Service. This cancellation will involve management costs that will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. If the order has already been shipped or delivered to the carrier, cancellation will not be possible.
9.3. Buyback Policy: Although there is no legal right of return, EUROCHANGE offers a commercial repurchase service for surplus currency under the following conditions:
- Only banknotes are repurchased, not coins.
- Special Buyback: If the original purchase was over 750 € and no more than 30 calendar days have passed, we repurchase up to 30% of the surplus amount at the same price it was purchased.
- Standard Buyback: For all other cases, repurchase will be carried out at the purchase price in effect at our offices on the day of the transaction.
10. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
EUROCHANGE guarantees that the supplied currency is legal tender.
EUROCHANGE is not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure or by the absence of the client at the provided address.
The User is responsible for the custody of their access keys and for the veracity of the data provided.
11. CLUB EUROCHANGE
Users may join the "Club Eurochange" loyalty program.
- 1 point is obtained for each purchase (maximum once per day).
- Points do not expire.
- Points are redeemable exclusively for improvements in the exchange rate for future operations, in no case for cash.
12. DATA PROTECTION
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), personal data provided will be processed by EUROCHANGE MONEY SERVICES, S.A. for the purpose of managing the currency purchase and sale and complying with legal anti-money laundering obligations. 13. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
Sales carried out at EUROCHANGE are subject to Spanish legislation.
For the resolution of any conflict that may arise, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the Consumer's domicile, or failing that, to those of Benidorm (Alicante) if regulations so permit.
