You can just pop in to do your exchange. However, though it's not required, we always recommend you to place a reservation in advance. This way in the office we will be ready to receive your currency and we will be sure to have enoug Euros for you. You don't have time for reservations? No worries, just come to see us and we will help you with your exchange.
What documentation do I need to provide in order to collect my Euros?
The required ID will depend of your country of origin. As a general rule, for European countries with national ID, you will be able to use your ID. If you don't have a national ID, then you will need to bring your Passport. For any other countries, only Passport will be admitted. Remember: Driving license won't be accepted.
